Ford Motors defend its dominance as a leader in USA’s car market for May 2009. In the first position Ford F-Series is sold 33,381 units defeating the Chevrolet Silverado with 31,463 unit cars sold. These two cars are in the top position proving that full-size pickups are still a favorite choice for America. However the Dodge Ram pickup is out from the top ten lists, replaced by Ford Escape in the tenth position.

Ford Motors also place its three cars in the top ten list. Aside the Ford F-Series, there are also Ford Fusion in the seventh position with 19,786 cars sold and Ford Escape that 16,391 sold in the tenth position. Ford Fusion with redesigned shape gets a sales record.

Toyota has two cars in the top ten best selling cars, Toyota Camry with 31,325 cars sold in the third position and Toyota Corolla with 23,576 cars sold in the fourth position.

Honda as two cars in the top ten as Toyota comes with Honda Accord and Civic that places in fifth and sixth respectively. Check the list of ten best selling car in April below after the jump!
